Our Client purchased this derelict apartment in this white stucco fronted Grade II listed building on one of Holland Park’s prime addresses. We were instructed to project manage and interior design this first floor, three bedroom apartment incorporating period features with a contemporary design.

In keeping with English Heritage Guidelines, we stripped back this stunning reception room, exposing ceiling heights in excess of four meters. With the addition of these white panelled walls against chevron oak wooden flooring, we achieved this balanced space as per our Clients remit with beautiful period features and a contemporary flare.
